In the most challenging and hostile elections of 2024, when many were hesitant to contest as PTI candidates, Arif Rind bravely stood for election in NA-255, one of the toughest and largest constituencies in Pakistan. He garnered immense support from both the elders and youth of his constituency. His election campaign was the most energetic, colorful, and esteemed in Balochistan. Against all odds, he was elected on Form 45.

In the 2021 AJK elections, Arif Rind served as the in-charge of the election cell for the Muzaffarabad Division, leading the campaign for PTI candidates across all constituencies in the region. His efforts were instrumental in mobilizing the youth and enhancing voter interest in the election process. Through strategic planning and energetic engagement, he effectively galvanized support, ensuring that the PTI's message resonated with the electorate. His leadership not only inspired the youth but also reinvigorated the overall campaign, making a significant impact on the electoral outcomes in Muzaffarabad.

In the Gilgit-Baltistan elections of 2020, Arif Rind served as the chief organizer for the election cell in the Baltistan Division. Together with his team, he led the campaign efforts for PTI candidates across all constituencies in the region. His team developed an app for voter registration, simplifying the process for the masses to locate and cast their votes. This innovation significantly enhanced voter participation and streamlined the election process, demonstrating Arif Rind's commitment to leveraging technology for political engagement.

As a youth leader of the Insaf Youth Wing, Arif Rind played a pivotal role in election campaigns across the country, following special instructions from Imran Khan. He actively participated in rallies, corner meetings, and door-to-door campaigns in Islamabad, Karachi, various constituencies in Punjab including Lahore, and in Balochistan. His dynamic presence and engagement were crucial in rallying support for PTI, demonstrating his dedication to the party's mission and his ability to connect with voters on a personal level.
