Arif Rind hails from a notable Baloch family of Jaffarabad. He has been active in his area since 2006, frequently doing flood relief work and distributing goods among needy people during the holy month of Ramazan. He established a blood bank by forming a team of volunteers to donate blood for children with thalassemia and has significantly highlighted political, social, and welfare work among the youth during various periods. He founded the Youth Activism Organization for the youth across Balochistan, engaging thousands of young people in social and welfare activities.
He hold a strong educational foundation, having completed his Matriculation and Intermediate (FSC) from the esteemed Balochistan Board. He then pursued his Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). Additionally, he has also earned a Master's degree in English (M.A English). This diverse educational background has equipped him with a unique blend of legal and literary expertise, enabling him to approach challenges with a distinct perspective.
He joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in 2009 as a student and became a part of the Insaf Student Federation. He was a pioneer of membership campaigns in Balochistan and served as the membership camp in-charge, conducting extensive membership drives across Jafarabad, Nasirabad, Osta Muhammad, Sobatpur, and throughout Balochistan. Subsequently, he served as the press secretary for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf District Jafarabad.
